* Please do not use or repost any of my personal art that includes my original characters and persona. Unless you have special permission.
Fanart/Memes
* Okay to repost as long as you ask me, please credit if so.
* If you want to make it into a meme or something ask me first, I wanna see it too... :)
* Fanart I make for mutuals/friends of their personas and/or oc's should not be used by none other than the recipient. The recipient is free to repost and use just like a personal commission.
Bases
* In general, please do not trace my art ever. Bases are the only exception to trace or draw/edit on if I ever post any of these.
* Referencing is OK
Personal (Commissions)
* Art for personal use, such as:- Profile picture
- Sharing on Social Media
- Social Media Banners
- Personalization (your personal Wallpaper/Phone Wallpaper, etc.)
- Staring at
- Merch as long as it's NOT for selling. (Ex. Using it to decorate a phone case/shirt/mug as long as it's for yourself or made in very small quanitites to share with and or gift a friend is OK.)You are free to use it however you'd like as long as you do not generate profit from selling the art.
Monetization
Monetization means the action or process of earning revenue from an asset, business, etc.I usually include these rights with commercial use.The usage for monetization includes:
- Using it for streams/videos
- Emotes for Twitch/Youtube
- YouTube/Twitch Thumbnails
- The promoting of your brand, promotional art.Distributing and selling it as a digital good and producing a large batch of merch to be sold using the art falls under commercial.
Commercial (Commissions)
With Commercial Use rights, this means you will be using my art for profit and/or generating income. (Selling, Marketing, Advertising, etc.)* You are free to use commissioned art for the commercial uses below.Some uses can possibly include:- Live2D model for Vtubing
- Merchandise such as shirts, keychains, prints, etc. for the purpose of making a profit.
- The selling and distribution of digital goods to the public. (Ex. Wallpaper, Phone Wallpaper, Custom Phone Icons, etc.)* Using my art for NFTs is PROHIBITED, as I would like my fellow penguins environments to be safe.
Other
* I do not allow my art to be used to train AI. You will be fined half a billion ($500,000,000) USD.This is not a joke, I am absolutely serious.
Adopts Terms of Use
* The character belongs to you now but I kindly ask that you credit me for drawing the original art & design.* Heavily editing the OG design is not recommended. Small little changes are ok.* Re-selling is okay, it MUST be sold for the same price you bought it for ONLY IF you do not have additional art pieces of the same character.* If you commissioned more art of the character, you can re-sell it for higher.* i do not allow my art to be used for NFTs or to train AI.
FAQ
What is your turnaround time?
I usually take about 2 weeks to 5 months depending on the commission and/or because of my workload. (I tend to work slow while doing bigger commissions or IRL things may happen.)
Do you send WIPs?
Yes, I usually send a sketch and progress of the art myself. If you want to know about the progress, please refer to my Trello, it can be accessed on my commissions carrd, and I try to update it as often as I can.
What can you draw?
I can draw:* Humans/humanoid characters, OC's, characters from anime, etc. (Even OC x Canon stuff, Yume art.)
* Animals (might not be realistic, more cartoon/anime-like, but I can draw them!)
* Pokémon
* Light gore - bloodstain, small injuries
* Light armor
* Simple weaponry
* Kemonomimi (animal ears)
* Horns, wings, tails
* Memes
* Suggestive things... smexy poses- SFW things only.
I can't draw:* Old people
* Muscles/abs (an exception if character is wearing clothes covering these. I can pull off drawing a bigger frame.)
* Heavy armor/complicated weaponry/Mecha
* Heavy gore
* NSFW, sexual activities (R18), genitals
I have the right to decline what I can't draw or if it makes me uncomfortable.
Can you draw furries?
I have drawn very few furry arts and if you'd like to test my skills, we can negotiate and I can draw your character as an experimental commission. (I personally want some for samples, lol)
I want to commission a gift, can I have it by a certain date?
Yes! but please commission me a month (or longer) in advance, not a week or two before the due date, I do not work very fast on fully rendered art in general, but I will prioritize working on it.
Can I send half payments?
Yes! Please tell me if you would prefer this way of paying. You can pay half up front and the other half when I finish. (Recommended for the more expensive art.) I allow installments up to 2-3 payments.
How do you accept payment?
Currently I use Paypal! I will ask for your Paypal email so that I can send an invoice. You can also use my Ko-Fi link if you prefer but please confirm the details of your commission with me first.
